Rob has founded and now operates as the director of Forces Coaching & Mentoring; a company that supports groups and individuals in organisational change, continuous improvement and leadership development. Rob has deployed in a variety of positions on several operations and is proud to have conducted all manner of roles; from sweeping the garages to operating in staff officer roles. His twenty years coaching and mentoring experience spans across all ranks as well as group and individual sessions within civilian industry.
Rob has a first-class degree in History, focussing on Classical Studies involving Hellenistic and Roman philosophy and a Certificate in Education. He has holds a Level 7 Certificate in Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring whilst continually refining his practices.
